Hawai'i enjoys a year-round growing season and a year-round honey crop. The nectar derived from the diverse flora of our many micro-climates creates some delicious and rare kinds of honey, which are constantly changing with the seasons. From the native 'Ohi'a Lehua blossom honey, known for it's super fast and creamy crystallization, light color and fruity flavor, to combinations of citrus, wildflower, macadamia nut and eucalyptus flowers, variety is abundant.
