Our sea salts are all deep sea-harvested, here in Hawai'i, well off of the coasts of Kona (on the Big Island) and Moloka'i (the Friendly Island). The minimal impact of human activity and influence in these particular waters is what makes them ideal locations for harvesting the purest, richest salts.
