Best-Seller This unique herbal tea is made using the parchment-like skin that covers the cacao bean, which is usually winnowed away, after the bean has been fermented and dried. Consisting of bits of cacao bean and chaff, it is used like loose-leaf tea or as an addition to your coffee grounds when brewing, for a wonderful mocha-flavored cup. The flavor, aroma and oils of the cacao bean are all present in this brewing cacao, giving it the full-flavored quality of a good hot chocolate, but with a tea consistency.
Directions: Steep in hot water for tea (add milk or cream for hot chocolate); Add to coffee grounds prior to brewing, for a rich mocha flavor.
