Vintage Vinegars uses their Raw Pineapple Vinegar as the base for this unique spin on traditional Hawaiian chili pepper water. This blend of pineapple vinegar, fresh-pressed pineapple juice, black garlic, garlic, Hawaiian chili peppers, and salt will level-up your condiment selection while adding all the right flavors to your favorite poke, salsas, salads, and marinades.
The pineapple vinegar is steel cast, small-batch, locally sourced, and produced on Oahu. Raw vinegar has natural enzymes and gut-friendly bacteria contained in the 'mother'. The black garlic is made in-house at Vintage Vinegars.
Bromelain is a protein-digesting proteolytic enzyme derived from the stem, flesh, and juice of the pineapple. Pineapple is the only major dietary source of bromelain.
