Pure, raw, Lehua honey, from the native O'hia tree. Lehua nectar creates a very light-colored honey which crystalizes very quickly as is prized for it's flavor and texture.
10% of apiary profits are donated to local conservation nonprofits to help protect whales and honey bees.
This honey is home-produces, not inspected by the DOH and is not to be consumed by infants under one year of age.
