Grown using organic practices at Green Thumb Nursery in Keaʻau.
White pineapple is sweeter and less acidic than Gold and Yellow varieties and, unlike those varieties, White pineapples have an edible core. They are ready to eat when fragrant and at least equal parts green and yellow. Don't let them get completely yellow or they'll get overripe.
