Exquisite and rare. "Kiawe" is the Hawaiian mesquite tree, known for producing nearly white and extremely silky honey. The nectar of the Kiawe crystallizes rapidly, but forms such small crystals that the honey is naturally smooth in texture. This Smooth Kiawe honey is slow-churned during crystalization, for a luxuriously creamy consistency.
