A green for anyone who doesn't mind a little spice and flavor in their food. These young, tender, arugula leaves are washed three times before being delivered to us in pre-bagged 5 oz. portions. The flavor varies from being mild and nutty to spicy and mustardy. Arugula is excellent in mixed salad greens but also maintains it's flavor when sauteed and boiled. Goes very well with rich foods and meats, like cold, sliced beef tenderloin.
