Rich, extra fatty avos grown in Kapoho. The Kahaluʻu is one of our favorite varieties. It has thin, glossy skin and bright green flesh. The thinner skin of this variety makes it easy to tell when they're ripe. Avocados ripen from the stem down, so when checking for ripeness check the bottom for softness before cutting into them. Because of how fatty this avocado is it will still be good even when it's softer than your usual avocado.
