For the first time since the 2023 Lahaina fires, Maui-grown coffee is back in your cup. After a year of loss and rebuilding, this release marks a meaningful turning point for Maui agriculture.
This washed-process lot highlights a harmonious blend of Catuai and Yellow Caturra varieties. Catuai brings a lovely balance and sweetness, while Yellow Caturra produces a softer, rounder cup with a gentle structure and clarity. Expect nutty, lightly sweet flavors and an easy-drinking profile that also shines as espresso—especially in a cortado or milk-based drinks.
