Tasting Notes: Dry fragrance of hazelnut, wet aroma of buttery caramel and cashew. Naturally sweet and rich flavors of mocha, dates, hazelnuts; clean and light mineral-like acidity, floral finish of chrysanthemum and bergamot.

Wai Meli Morning is a warm and welcoming cup — rich, floral, and finely balanced — designed to honor Hawai‘i’s coffee culture while offering a delicious, everyday option at a more accessible price point.

This 50/50 blend brings together freshly harvested Kona and Kaʻū coffees with exceptional specialty-grade world coffees, selected to elevate and complement Hawai‘i-grown flavors, instead of mask them, as is done in 10% blends. The result is a medium roast with Hawai‘i-grown coffee you can taste throughout - aromatic, layered, and naturally sweet.

Expect the aroma of hazelnut and buttery caramel, unfolding into mocha, dates, cashew, and a gentle floral lift of bergamot and chrysanthemum. The light, mineral-like acidity adds sparkle, while the body remains silky and sweet.
