Honey Spelt Sourdough (Pan Loaf)
Made with 100% freshly milled spelt flour and sweetened with local Kona Coffee & Tea estate honey, this dense, hearty loaf has a naturally nutty, lightly sweet flavor. Long-fermented for over 30 hours, it develops depth and character in every slice.
Perfect alongside soups and stews, or as a satisfying breakfast toast with a little butter or jam. Spelt is similar to whole wheat but higher in protein and minerals, and its high water solubility may make it easier to digest.
