Macadamia Rosemary Sourdough (Boule)
A naturally leavened sourdough loaf made with Hawai‘i-grown macadamia nuts and fresh local rosemary. Long-fermented for over 30 hours, it bakes up with a crisp, rustic crust and a soft, flavorful interior.
The light herbaceous flavor pairs beautifully with meals, while crunchy macadamias add texture and a subtle nutty richness.
