Calamansi are tiny citrus, smaller than a golf ball but bigger than a cherry tomato. These little flavor bombs are a local favorite for good reason. Thin-skinned, super fragrant, and juicy, the Calamansi (also called Calamandon) don't skimp on the sour but have loads of refreshing tangerine-like flavor. They make excellent cocktails, lemonades, marinades, and juices.
