We use cacao grown from our own Ua Hānai Orchards, just outside Hilo town along the Hamakua Coast, where the volcanic soils paired with our special fermenting and aging processes (like with wine) produce a rich, fruit forward flavor palate.
This bar features dehydrated macadamia nuts sprinkled over our signature 70% dark chocolate for a satisfying crunch.
We are a no-spray farm that utilizes organic ingredients and farming methods to offer you real, simple foods.
