Each coconut is fully dehusked, deshelled, and thoroughly washed, leaving you with a clean, intact kernel that’s ready to use.
The naturally sweet coconut water is retained inside the kernel, helping preserve moisture and freshness. The testa (thin brown skin) is intentionally left on to protect the delicate flesh and maintain its natural quality. It can be easily removed with a vegetable peeler if desired, or left on and enjoyed as is.
