This Chinese kalo (taro) has been peeled and cubed, and is ready to be thrown in the pressure cooker for a quick and easy meal. This variety contains less oxalic acid than many other varieties and makes and excellent table kalo. Pressure cook for 30 minutes or until texture reaches desired softness.

Grown using organic practices in the Puna Kaʻohe Homesteads by ʻOhana Reppun.
