We use cacao grown from our own Ua Hānai Orchards, just outside Hilo town along the Hamakua Coast, where the volcanic soils paired with our special fermenting and aging processes (like with wine) produce a rich, fruit forward flavor palate.

This bar features our 55% Dark Milk, which is still a milk chocolate, but with much less sugar than other big name brands of chocolate. This gives you more real cacao, and when mixed with European milk powder, creates a decadent, smooth, milk chocolate thatʻs loved by kids and adults alike!

We are a no spray farm, and utilize organic ingredients and farming methods to offer you real, simple foods.
