Subscription Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to our ecommerce subscription plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Subscription Overview
- Automatic Weekly Charges: By subscribing, you agree to be automatically charged for 1 unit each week to your credit/debit card.
- Pickup Notification: An email will be sent to notify you when your products are ready for pickup.
2. Contact Information
- Customer Support: For questions or to cancel your subscription, please call 808-965-2372 or email info@bigislandlocavorestore.com.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Manual Cancellation: You can manually cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
- Customer Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription by contacting customer support.
- Failed Charges: If a charge fails due to insufficient funds or an expired card, your subscription will be canceled within 7 days unless a valid card is added to your account.
- You can "pause" your weekly coconut water order by letting us know by 7PM on Tuesday that you will not need for the week. That way we can put your coconut water out on the shelf for another customer to enjoy. If you are unable to notify us by Tuesday 7PM that you're unable to pickup for the week, we will still hold on to your coconut water until the following Monday, and then donate it to a very thirsty person on your behalf (unless notified otherwise by you).
4. Subscription Management
- Multiple Subscriptions: You may subscribe to more than one product and manage your subscriptions through your customer account.
- Account Creation: Upon placing an order, a new customer account will be automatically created if you do not already have one.
- Account Management: You will receive an email with subscription details and a link to log in to your account. You can manage your subscriptions, update card details, and view payment history at https://www.bigislandlocavorestore.com/shop/account/subscription.
5. Pickup and Fulfillment
- In-Store Pickup: Subscription products are available for in-store pickup only and cannot be shipped.
- Coconut water is available to pickup by 12PM each Monday. We encourage you to schedule your pickup on early in the week to maintain freshness and quality. Once you have signed up, your first order will be available to pickup the following Monday. You will be charged the same amount each week from your original signup date for the duration of your subscription.
- Notification of unavailability: If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will be notified immediately, and your card will be refunded the full amount charged for any week that is applicable.
6. Refund and Exchange Policy
- Final Sales: All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges will only be honored if the item is defective or damaged upon fulfillment. We are not responsible for items that have not been properly stored, or transported once it is in your possession.

- Modifications: The Locavore Store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email.
