With knowledge gained from our recent nutrient analysis, we have made a more balanced 5% organ blend, containing 3.5% Liver and 1.5% Heart. Since the liver and heart of our venison contain superior nutrient density, this blend offers the benefits of organ meat with an improved flavor profile.
