Axis Deer are a highly prolific and damaging species ravaging Hawaiian Forests, Farms and Pastures. Mauka Meats works with small USDA-inspected wild harvesting programs across the State of Hawaii to help protect small family farms and Native Hawaiian forests. Approx 0.5 - 1.75 lbs. per package.
