Hawaii Tart Company is the home of the Honey Caramel Macadamia Nut Tart. Chef/Owner Martha Brahm and her partner Lynn moved to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2005. After spending much of her career in cities on the mainland, the Mac Nut Grove Farm in South Kona is a dream come true. Their Honey Caramel Macadamia Nut Tart was choosen by Good Morning America as one of the 5 must try travel bite for 2020. They also make frozen chicken pot pies which are a Locavore favorite!
