Our family moved to the Big island in 2010 with a dream of starting our own family farm from which to raise our children. Both my Husband and I have a background in organic farming and a strong interest in medicinal plants. From the moment we harvested our first Kali Haldi (Black Turmeric) rhizome and caught sight of that distinct, cool, blue color, we knew we were on to something special. After researching the rich medicinal history of this amazing plant we continued to replant more each year, expanding our gardens.
