Hawaiʻi ʻUlu Cooperative has created this vegan, dairy-free 1:1 all-purpose baking mix featuring ʻulu flour to make it easy and fun to replace wheat flour in all your cookie, cake, brownie, muffin, and pancake recipes! (This flour is not recommended for use in recipes that contain yeast, such as bread and rolls.)
ʻUlu is a carbon-capturing starchy tropical fruit and creates the best vegan gluten-free flour with three times the fiber of all-purpose flour! It provides a wonderful texture to baked goods and an incredible soup and sauce thickener! It is nutritious, allergen-free, and sustainable.
Shelf Life: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to one year.
Ingredients: Breadfruit flour, glutinous rice flour, white rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch flour, xanthan gum.
