Ingredients: Poi (Kalo and Water) Coconut Cream (Coconut, Water, Xantham Gum), Apple Bananas, Macadamia Nuts.
May contain: ʻAlaea Sea Salt (Sea Salt, ʻAlaea Volcanic Clay with Naturally Occurring Minerals And Iron)
Additional ingredients: Fruit topping (rotating flavors may include Kona mango, Volcano blueberries, Volcano blackberries, Keaʻau lilikoʻi, and ʻŌlaʻa poha berries)
Poi is a traditional Polynesian staple made by pounding cooked kalo (taro) with small amounts of water until a pudding consistency is reached. This calorie-dense food can be left at room temperature to achieve a more sour and fermented flavor, reminiscent of Greek yogurt. Refrigerating will stop this process but results in firmer texture.
Made from Hilo grown kalo
