French Sipping Kokoleka
"Kokoleka" means chocolate in ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi. This rich, creamy sipping chocolate combines Puna Chocolate Company's dark chocolate and Big Island Coffee Roasters' espresso bar for a decadent combo with a pick-me-up.

3 oz Heavy Cream*
3 oz Whole Milk*
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 oz Puna Dark Chocolate Bar (half of a bar!)
*can sub your favorite alt mylk!
Break chocolate and espresso bite into small pieces
Add these pieces and the brown sugar to you favorite cup or mug for hot beverages
Add cream and milk to a small sauce pan and heat to 140 degrees, stirring constantly and being careful not to scald it
Once the milk is hot, pour half of it over into your mug with the other ingredients and whisk thoroughly
Once chocolate and espresso bits are all dissolved, whisk in remaining milk
Top with whipped cream if you like (and maybe some shavings of chocolate and espresso bites and a sprinkle of brown sugar if you're feeling fancy)
