Wild-Caught Mahi Mahi Fillets (Vacuum-Sealed, Frozen)
Clean, mild, and easy to cook. These wild-caught mahi mahi fillets are firm with a light, slightly sweet flavor that works with just about anything. Vacuum-sealed to keep them fresh in your freezer until you’re ready to use them.
Quick cooking works best:
- Pan-sear: 3–4 min per side
- Grill: 4–5 min per side
- Bake: 10–12 min at 400–425°F
- Target temp: 135–137°F
Pat dry before cooking so you get a good sear. Don’t overcook—mahi dries out fast. A little butter, olive oil, or lemon at the end goes a long way.
