We use cacao grown from our own Ua Hānai Orchards, just outside Hilo town along the Hamakua Coast, where the volcanic soils paired with our special fermenting and aging processes (like with wine) produce a rich, fruit forward flavor palate.

This bar features our 55% Dark Milk, which is still a milk chocolate, but with much less sugar than other big name brands of chocolate. This gives you more real rich cacao flavor, and instead of dairy milk, it is made with coconut milk for a purely vegan chocolate!

We are a no-spray farm that utilizes organic ingredients and farming methods to offer you real, simple foods.
